By submitting a business listing, you certify that all information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to represent the business.

2. License to Publish

By submitting content to this directory, you grant Midshore Business Directory a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on this site and related platforms.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not submit spam, false information, impersonation of other businesses, or content that violates any applicable law.

4. Premium Subscription Terms

Premium listings are billed monthly via Square. You may cancel at any time; your listing will revert to the free tier at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

Midshore Business Directory provides this directory on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of listings. We are not liable for any damages arising from reliance on information in this directory.
